Shipping

Processing & Fulfillment Time

Items that are marked “Ready to ship” will ship in 3-5 days. Items that are made to order will take up to 3-4 weeks to complete and ship. If you need a piece by a certain time, please reach out to see what I can do. 

Shipping Method & Rates

I ship via the United States Post Office (USPS). Shipping rates are determined based on the total weight of your order and the shipping address within the USA. You'll see the shipping cost displayed during the checkout process.

Expedited Shipping

If you would like to expedite your shipping (when possible), please contact me before placing your order. 

Lost / Stolen Packages

Unfortunately once a package is scanned into the USPS system, I can no longer be held responsible for any packages that do not show up at your door. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the USPS for assistance. 

Insurance & Signature Confirmation

If you would like to include these (or any other specific delivery instructions) please contact me before placing your order. 

Returns

Returns & Refunds

All sales are considered final, and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Custom pieces are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Exception:  While I will carefully package and ship your pieces, if any item arrives damaged from shipping, please reach out within 2 days of receipt to start the return process. Buyer pays any tracked return shipping. 

Please reach out if there are any issues at any time - I truly want all customers to be completely satisfied and will work with you to ensure a great experience. 

General

Ring Sizing

Please ensure to find your correct ring size before ordering. Reach out with any questions on sizing, especially on U-shaped or wide-width rings.  

Repairs

I take pride in creating pieces meant to last. However, if there is a fault to the craftsmanship of a piece and you need a repair, please reach out to coordinate the repair process. There will be no charge for repair within the first year, however afterwards there may be a charge depending on the complexity of the repair.

Custom Orders

Please reach out via the Customs form for inquiries about a custom piece. I am able to work on customs at an irregular cadence, so please plan well in advance of needing a special piece. 

Gifting

Please reach out before placing any gifted orders to coordinate delivery.
